This Shipping Policy explains the current shipping guidance for orders placed with AMTH & Co.

Shipping destination

At launch, AMTH & Co ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available and may be added in the future.

Shipping carriers and options

Shipping carriers and service levels are currently being finalized. AMTH & Co expects to use standard major U.S. carriers based on the best available option for each package.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are still being finalized. The available shipping option and applicable charge will be shown at checkout once these details are configured.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates are currently being finalized based on product packaging and carrier selection. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipping begins.

Delayed, lost, or missing packages

If tracking is delayed, first review the carrier’s latest tracking details. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, AMTH & Co will work with the customer and shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution. This may be a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then contact us through the website contact form with your order number and tracking information.
