This Shipping Policy explains the current shipping guidance for orders placed with AMTH & Co.

Shipping destination

At launch, AMTH & Co ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping options and charges

Shipping carriers, service levels, shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold are currently being finalized. The available shipping option and applicable charge will be provided at checkout once these details are configured.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates are being finalized based on product packaging and carrier selection. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Carrier scans may not appear immediately.

Order changes and address accuracy

Customers should review the shipping address before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipping begins.

Delayed, lost, or missing packages

If tracking is delayed, first review the carrier’s latest tracking details. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, AMTH & Co will work with the customer and the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution, which may be a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us through the Contact Us page with the order number and tracking information.
