We want return requests to be clear and straightforward. Some return details are still being finalized while AMTH & Co confirms product packaging and supplier requirements.

Return requests

Customers must contact AMTH & Co through the website contact form before sending an item back. Return eligibility, the return-request timeframe, item-condition requirements, and return-shipping responsibilities will be confirmed as the return process is finalized.

Do not send an item back without receiving approved return instructions.

Exchanges

AMTH & Co does not plan to offer automatic or direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order for a different item.

Sale and Final Sale items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Regular sale items may follow the standard return policy unless otherwise stated.

Restocking fees

There is no restocking fee at this time.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the website contact form with your order number and details. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

When a return is approved and accepted, refund details will be provided with the return instructions. Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the final return policy and issued to the original payment method.

Confirmed lost packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, AMTH & Co will work with the customer and shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution. This may be a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
