We want return requests to be clear and straightforward. Some return details are still being finalized while AMTH & Co confirms product packaging and supplier requirements.

Return requests

Customers must contact AMTH & Co through the Contact Us page before sending an item back. Return eligibility, the request timeframe, item condition requirements, and return-shipping responsibilities will be confirmed when the return process is finalized.

Return instructions and address

Do not send an item back without approved return instructions. If a return is approved, AMTH & Co will provide the appropriate instructions and return address. The current New York business mailing address may be used as the return address for an approved return.

Exchanges

AMTH & Co does not plan to offer automatic or direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item according to the return policy and place a new order for a different item.

Sale and Final Sale items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Regular sale items may follow the standard return policy unless otherwise stated.

Restocking fees

There is no restocking fee at this time.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact Us page with the order number and details. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

When a return is approved and accepted, refund details will be provided as part of the return instructions. Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the final return policy and the original payment method.
