Before tracking appears

A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans the package. Carrier updates may take time to appear after an order ships.

No movement or delayed delivery

Carrier scans and delivery estimates can be delayed. If your tracking has not changed or you need help with a delayed delivery, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number.

Incorrect delivery address

Contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or is transferred to the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received

Check the delivery location, household members, and any building or carrier notices first. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and available case details.
